Terms of use
The terms for using this website. Written to be read: if anything is unclear, email hello@cappstudio.app.
What this site is
This is the website of CAPP Studio, a studio that builds custom web apps, operated from Alberta, Canada. “We” and “us” mean CAPP Studio. By using the site you accept these terms. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Sending a request
The request form is an invitation to talk. Sending a request doesn’t create a contract, and it doesn’t oblige either of us to do anything. We aren’t bound to reply, quote or take on your project, and you aren’t bound to hire us. Any work would be agreed separately in writing.
Budgets, timelines, scopes and prices mentioned on the site or in our replies are estimates to help the conversation, not offers.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t:
- send spam, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading through the form;
- submit someone else’s personal information without their permission;
- try to break, overload or probe the site, or get around its bot and spam protections;
- copy the site by automated means, or pretend to be us.
Who owns what
The site’s design, text, code and branding belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy them without permission. The names and descriptions of the apps shown as our work belong to their respective owners. What you send us in a request remains yours; you give us permission to use it to respond to you.
No warranties, and limits on liability
The site is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Descriptions of our work are for general information. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that can’t be limited by law.
Links to other sites
The site links to apps and sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute is for the courts of Alberta.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: hello@cappstudio.app.
